TulipART Designs is run by Gabriela Zamfirov, based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. This policy explains what information I collect when you visit this website or sign up to hear from me, and how I use it.

- Your name and email address, if you sign up for the newsletter or a freebie
- Basic usage data about how visitors interact with the site (page views, etc.)
- Technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and device — collected automatically by the hosting platform and any analytics tools in use

I use the information I collect to:
- Send you the emails you signed up for — newsletters, course updates, workshop announcements
- Improve the website and understand what's useful to visitors
- Respond to messages you send me
I will never sell your personal information. I only share data with trusted tools and platforms I use to run the site and send emails (such as my email platform), and only to the extent needed to provide those services.
