Creative evening in Delft

Christmas spirit, without the stress

Want to get into the Christmas spirit without adding another stressful thing to your to-do list?

Come spend a cosy evening slowing down, putting your phone away, and making something festive and beautiful with your own hands.

Think stockings, gifts with ribbons, candy canes, hanging ornaments, fairy lights and pine branches, painted in warm festive reds and greens.

The goal isn't to make perfect Christmas cards. It's to slow down, play with colour, and spend a lovely festive evening creating something with your hands.

How the two hours go

Slow, festive and completely yours

1

Arrive and settle in

Doors open at 18:15. Tea or coffee in hand, a warm welcome, and your place already set with high quality paper, paints and pens.

2

Sketch and ink

We start with simple sketching and ink. Prefer not to draw from scratch? Templates are there so you can jump straight into the fun part.

3

Bring it to life with colour

I'll show you a few easy watercolour techniques step by step, with plenty of room to make each card your own.

4

Take your little stack home

Up to five finished cards, ready to send to someone you love, or to keep as your own little piece of holiday magic.

I really enjoyed the workshop you prepared. I love the details, like the printed illustration on how to make the palette of colors, and the surprise souvenir gift. It was a relaxing and warm environment and you showed us very practical tips and how to make the most of our creation. I would totally recommend it.

Amazing crafty workshop from Gabriela! The quality of the material was excellent, explanation brochure was perfect, and the snacks were a nice touch! But most importantly she nicely guided the workshop and the atmosphere was absolutely relaxing! Definitely recommended!!!
